By booking services, purchasing packages, or making payments to The Fix Production Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
2. Nature of Services & Digital Goods The Fix Production Co. primarily provides creative, professional, and digital services, including but not limited to: Music production and recording services Mobile studio sessions and production packages Audio engineering, mixing, and mastering Media production and promotional services Digital content, media files, and deliverables Due to the customized and digital nature of these services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Items The following are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where legally required: Booking deposits Services already rendered or partially completed Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows Cancellations made less than 8 hours before a scheduled session Custom or personalized production work Digital files once delivered or accessed
4. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered only in the following situations: Duplicate payments Billing or processing errors Services cancelled by The Fix Production Co. without rescheduling Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to company fault Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of The Fix Production Co., in accordance with Georgia law.
5. Refund Request Process To request a refund, clients must: Submit a written request through our official communication channels Include proof of payment and booking details Clearly state the reason for the refund request All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date or scheduled session.
6. Refund Review & Approval All refund requests are subject to review Approval is not guaranteed We reserve the right to request additional information before making a determination If a refund is approved, the client will be notified in writing.
7. Refund Processing TimeLine Approved refunds may take up to twenty-one (21) business days to be processed and returned to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on: Payment method financial institution Third-party payment processors The Fix Production Co. is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment platforms.
8. Refund Method Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. In certain circumstances, we may issue: Store credit Account credit toward future services Credits may be subject to expiration dates and usage restrictions.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Clients agree to contact The Fix Production Co. directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in: Immediate suspension of services Denial of future bookings Collection of disputed amounts Recovery of administrative or processing fees were permitted by law
10. Exchanges & Revisions As we provide services rather than physical products, exchanges are not applicable. Revisions, edits, or adjustments to creative work are governed by the specific service package purchased. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
11. Legal Compliance This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal laws. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under law.
12. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
